It's summer and I'm not a coffee drinker, nor do I bake a lot of cakes, but when I saw this for mocha cake I had to give it a try. Basically, I'm in love with anything chocolate, so that's why I was so interested. Of course, I had to modify the recipe a bit, but I'm sure you'll love it. I figured the more chocolate the better, and I was right.
The creamy dark chocolate fudge frosting made a perfect topping for chocolate cake, and the addition of the coffee powder was a sweet indulgence. I'm not a coffee drinker, nor do I normally bake a lot of cakes, but I think this cake may change things a bit.

Ingredients
- 1 package chocolate cake mix
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
- 1 (16-ounce) can milk chocolate frosting
Directions
1. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, bake in a medium baking pan.
2. Spoon frosting into a small bowl; add instant coffee powder. Mix well.
3. After cake has cooled completely, spread mocha frosting over top of cake.

Is it cheesecake or is it pie? It really doesn't matter, because it's out of this world. Something so good shouldn't be so easy to make. Although, it's both delicious and easy as pie to make. Pun intended :)
The fact that it's made with Oreo's, only makes it better. The taste is so delectable, I'm almost positive that it won't last very long in your house. Look at it as a special end of the summer treat. Make one today, sit back, and enjoy.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BEST CHEESECAKE RECIPE EVER (No Bake)

Ingredients
For the Crust
- Pack of Oreo cookies (You will use only 20 for crust, 12 for filling, the rest will be use as garnish or to eat)
- 2 Tbs. of butter
Note: you can use already made refrigerated pie crust, but I preferred to make my own. Try it, you will find out how easy it really is.
For the filling
- 1 pkg. {8 oz.} cream cheese, room temperature
- 12 Oreo cookies, crumbled (more or less, to taste)
- 1 {8 oz.} tub Cool Whip
- 1 &1/3 cup sugar
Directions
For the Crust:
1. Crust Oreo's into fine pieces using a food processor.
2. Mix together Oreo's and butter until you get a texture resembling wet soil.
3. Mold mixture into a pie crust.
4. put in freezer for 1 hour.
For the Filling
1. Whip cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add Cool Whip and combine until smooth.
3. Add sugar and continue whipping until completely dissolved. Crumble Oreo's and Stir in to mixture. Put into crust.
4. Sit in freezer for about three hours until set.

When I thought about this recipe for the M&M and cream ice cream sandwich, I immediately thought of my mother. She loves ice cream cake, and simply refuses to believe that there is anyone who could possibly not like ice cream cake.
We all know that can't be true, but after tasting this ice cream cake I began to wonder the same thing. Every little bite of this scrumptious cake is absolutely delicious. With only five ingredients this no-bake ice cream cake just screams to be made, and with summer just around the corner, there couldn't be a better time.

Ingredients
- ½ cup fudge (or chocolate) ice cream topping (in a bottle) {Note: not the kind that hardens}
- 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip (for topping)
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 12 vanilla ice cream sandwiches
- 1 cup M&M's (preferably M&M Minis) (or other tiny chocolate candies)
Directions
(
Important: To Prevent Early Melting --- Everything must be done pretty quickly, but the taste is worth it. Do step 1,
before taking ice cream sandwiches out of freezer, so the ice cream sandwiches won't start melting. )
1. Combine some fudge (or chocolate) ice cream topping and 1 cup cool whip in bowl until blended (use a hand mixer or a blender). Add dry pudding mix; stir for 1 minute or until mixture is slightly thick and creamy.
2. Arrange 4 ice cream sandwiches together, side by side, in rectangular ceramic baking dish (to hold cake shape together and prevent any melt collapse).
3. Cover with half the prepared cool whip mixture

4. Repeat step 2 and 3 for second layer.
5.
Top with remaining sandwiches, and frost top of cake with remaining cool whip.
6. Garnish with the M&M Minis, or other chocolate candies.
7. Drizzle some fudge (or chocolate) ice cream topping over the entire ice cream cake.
8. Freeze until firm.
Note:
Unwrap all ice cream sandwiches before assembling cake. Assemble cake quickly, using a rectangular ceramic baking dish (just big enough to fit 4 ice cream sandwiches across the bottom side by side... to hold cake shape together and prevent any melt collapse).

During this time of year, strawberries always seem to go on sale, giving me the perfect opportunity to buy the juicy fruit to my heart's content. I love strawberries dipping 'em in whip cream or better yet... Chocolate.
So, One night I thought came to me, make strawberry shortcake. Being a chocoholic, I thought I would replace the tradition cake with brownies. With very little effort from me; the chocolatey treat came out perfectly delicious.
EASY STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE BROWNIE RECIPE
Ingredients
- 1 box Brownies
- 1 pint whip cream
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- Sugar (to taste)
Directions
1. Make Brownies as stated on back of the box.
2. Cut Brownies into squares.
3. Stir strawberries and sugar together.
4. Put strawberries and whip cream on top of brownies

5. Top with brownie. Add whip cream and any leftover strawberries.

I've seen this recipe floating around the internet for awhile now. So...being the curious person I am, I decided to give it a try. Key lime cupcakes would be something that would satisfy my taste for that bold citrus taste.
These cupcakes only had 3-ingredients, which made them easy to make, but the flavor of the cupcakes was out of this world. All cupcake lovers should try these cupcakes. Really...try these.

EASY KEY LIME PIE CUPCAKES RECIPE
Ingredients: (Only 3 Ingredients!)
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® lemon cake mix
- 1 box (4-serving size) lime-flavored gelatin
- 1/3 cup Key lime juice
Optional Ingredients:
Before mixing, add 2 or 3 drops of green food-coloring, to give them a greenish color (if you like).
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. In large bowl, beat cake mix and gelatin, and Key lime juice with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds.
3. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl as necessary. 4. Place paper muffin cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups.
5. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
6. Bake 17 to 22 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in left comes out clean.
7. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
8. Remove from pan to cooling rack.
9. Garnish with lime peel and serve.
*Store covered in refrigerator.
