BEST BUFFALO WINGS RECIPE EVER
It's fall, and that means it's time for buffalo wings. Rather you make them for that premiere show you been waiting for, or make them for the Sunday game. Whatever is the reason you make these, you'll love them.
These wings are coated in flour and fried to a crispy perfection. They are baked and then smothered in a spicy wing sauce. You'll love these spicy, but simple buffalo wings.

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
wing sauce (preferably buffalo wing sauce)
( If you can't find wing sauce use hot sauce, and just enough melted butter to dilute it slightly...
Note: Be careful not to make it to runny though.)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut each wing into 3 pieces at the joints discarding wing tip.
2. Dip chicken in egg. Coat with flour.
3. Heat chicken wings in a large skillet over medium high heat.
4. Fry until brown and crispy. (about 5 minutes)
5. Arrange in a medium baking dish.
6. Bake in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. Toss wings with sauce to coat.
